Exchange Policy

All our materials are chosen with quality for our customers and if you have any problems after purchase we will do everything to solve. Follows information about exchange, defect, cancellations and others.



We seek maximum quality throughout the manufacturing process, which is made with all care. But if you have received a defective product that our team has not seen, please email us at contato.yoyodresses @ .com with {Defect} reporting the product and the defect.

The deadline for replacement by manufacturing defect is seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt informed in the mail tracking. Applications after this deadline will not be accepted.

The product should be in its original packaging, unmarked and labeled. In this case, the shipping will be on account of our store. And you have the right to choose one of the following:

• Exchange the product for a similar product (subject to availability in our stock).

• Exchange for another product of the same value.

• Get your money back.

We will endeavor to resolve the issue within 7 business days of the complaint.

Note The product will be analyzed and not being found the defect or if there is evidence that it was misused, we will return the same product to the customer.



1. We do not trade products for error in size choice when it is a custom made product in which we provide the measurement table and other specific information for the manufacture of the product.

2. We will provide 01 (one) free exchange if the purchased product is NOT custom made, just contact us only by email, informing the reason for return or exchange, the number of the order and the full name of the buyer.

Within 3 business days, we will respond to your email by sending you a Posting Code for you to take your goods to the Post Office at no charge.

Only the 1st Exchange is free.

Free exchanges are only made via the Post Office PAC.

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE EXCHANGE FOR USERS OF FREE SHIPPING. If you want to make the exchange, simply forward the goods to be exchanged to our store.



1. Custom-Made Product: In case of cancellation within 24 hours after ordering, we will refund the full amount of the order, BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT ENTER THE PRODUCTION.

In case of cancellation after 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the order amount.

2. Product return upon receipt, only in case of manufacturing defect.

You have up to 7 calendar days of receipt of the product to request a replacement or return if your product is unused.

After this time the exchange or return will no longer be made.

Products in liquidation can only be exchanged for products in SETTLEMENT, respecting the term of exchange.

It is not possible to request exchange, and then return.



We do not work with stock, resending a new product has the same production time, 7 to 12 business days, plus the postage. Therefore it is important to pay attention to the measurements, information and the composition of the parts before making the purchase.

We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to exchange any product that clearly shows evidence of misuse. Yoyó Dresses can then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the reason for the refusal.

Refunds (Refund)

1. Credit Card Payment: The credit card chargeback will be displayed on up to 2 (two) invoices upon return completion, depending on the card's due date;

2. Current Account Deposit Payment: Refund will be made to the order holder's checking account within 7 business days of completing the return. If the order holder does not have a bank account, we will make a Money Order, as the refund will not be made to a third party account.

* The online store does not make exchanges and returns of products purchased at the physical store.
